Yes! We use specially designed ventilated packaging to ensure your plants stay safe and fresh. The pots are sealed to prevent soil spillage. We have successfully shipped thousands of happy plants across India.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can also track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Don't worry! If your plant arrives in a bad condition, please take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. However, we do accept returns for non-plant items (like pots or tools) if they are unused and in original packaging.

1. Unpack the plant gently.
2. Water it immediately as it might be thirsty from the journey.
3. Keep it in indirect sunlight for 1-2 days to let it recover from travel shock.
4. Do not re-pot it immediately; wait for at least a week.

Yes, most of our plants come in a basic nursery grower pot. Decorative pots (Ceramic/Plastic) are specified in the product description.
